The Aussie rapstress kept up with the Clueless theme from the music video by rocking sunny yellow plaid, although this time ’round she opted for super-tight booty shorts over Cher Horowitz’s matching schoolgirl skirt and blazer. Charli XCX joined Iggy on stage to sing her guest feature from the song, sporting a ’90s Goth babydoll style that couldn’t have been any more different to Iggy’s plaid hip-hop pin-up look. “Fancy” is already a top twenty hit in Australia, and this week it became Iggy’s first song to chart on the Billboard Hot 100 after debuting at No. 88. We were beginning to think that she’d never break the States, but it looks it could finally be coming together for Iggy after years of hard work and endless buzz.
